Characteristics

Liquid silicone rubber of SQUARE^® LIM6030 is one component and good properties liquid silicone rubber with high flowability catalyzed with platinum catalyst, under cryogenic storage and which is used as  and printing silicone ink and as printing silicone ink .with various pigments, so it is nontoxic to human body and environment-friendly.

Application

1.          These grades are particularly suitable as printing silicone ink on the silicone rubber products.

2.          Adding the pigments to it at ratio of 5:100. and It can be adjusted accordance with your product.

3.          It is suggestion that putting solvent to change the viscosity if necessary , as for the solvent , aviation kerosene without water is best choice.

4.          Different pigments are added into it to meet your demand for various color products.

Storage

1,Under cryogenic storage at temperatuere of 5-10.

2, Package : 1kgs in one can, 3 kgs of can, 20kgs for one barrel.

3, Pot life is 2 hours at room temperature.
